Charanam 1:
i. Siddha Chaarana Gana Sevitha = Attended by the
gang of celestial beings;
ii. Siddhi Vinayaka = Bestower of knowledge
and capability. (one of the fifty-six vināyakas according to the Kāśīkhaṇḍa
from the Skanda-purāṇa (4 2.57)
Gaṇeśa is said to preside over the
Mūlādhāracakra (the fountainhead of evolutionary energy, located at the base of
the spine, where it is coiled up like a sleeping serpent). When activated, the
human consciousness expands and unknown and unexpected faculties emerge. Subtle
powers of intelligence and accomplishment arise. For this reason, Gaṇeśa is
well known as Vighneśvara (lord of obstacles) and Siddhi Vināyaka (bestower of
success). He represents the divine power that works from the lower levels
removing obstacles and uplifting life to stages of supreme consciousness.)

to receive obeisance (‘poojitha’) before acquiring any kind of knowledge

ചരണം -1:
i. സിദ്ധ ചാരണ ഗണ സേവിത = ദേവലോകത്തെ ദിവ്യപ്രതിഭകളാൽ സേവിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവനേ ;
ii. സിദ്ധി വിനായക = അറിവും കഴിവും പ്രധാനം ചെയ്യുന്നവനേ (സിദ്ധി വിനായകൻ - 56 വിനായകന്മാരിൽ ഒരാൾ. ( Kāśīkhaṇḍa from the Skanda-purāṇa (4 2.57)
(ഗണേശൻ മൂലാധാരചക്രത്തിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു.
(ഊർജത്തിന്റെ ഉത്പത്തിസ്ഥാനമായ ഇത് നട്ടെല്ലിന്റെ അടിഭാഗത്ത് ഒരു സർപ്പത്തിന്റെ രൂപത്തിൽ കിടക്കുന്നു. ജാഗ്രദാവസ്ഥയിൽ മനുഷ്യന്റെ ബോധമണ്ഡലം ഉണർന്ന് വികസിക്കുകയും അറിയുന്നതും അറിയാത്തതുമായ, പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാത്ത രീതിയിലുള്ള ശക്തികൾ ഉണരുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഈ കാരണത്താൽ ഗണപതി ‘വിഗ്നേശ്വരൻ’ (വിഘ്നങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്ന ദേവൻ) എന്ന പേരിലും ‘സിദ്ധി വിനായകൻ’( സിദ്ധി പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ)എന്ന പേരിലും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. താഴെത്തട്ടിൽ നിന്നും ഉത്ഭവിക്കുന്ന, വിഘ്നങ്ങൾ ദൂരീകരിക്കുകയും, പരമമായ ജ്ഞാനമണ്ഡലങ്ങളുടെ തലങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ജീവിതത്തെ ഉയർത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ദിവ്യ ശക്തിയെ അദ്ദേഹം പ്രതിനിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.)

Pallavi: In this geetham,
Purandaradasa describes the attributes of the devotees of the god Hari. Look.
Followers of Hari scoop water from the lake and again pour it back into the
lake while worshipping with the intention of obtaining the boons from the god.
In a similar manner the life given as a considerate bequest by Hari is
surrendered back to him.

4. രാമാ! അവിടുന്ന് എന്റെ ഗുരുവാണ്; ദൈവമാണ്; സർവ്വജ്ഞാനവും അങ്ങുതന്നെയാണ്. രാമാ! അവിടുന്ന് എന്റെ ദൈവമാണ് എന്ന തിരിച്ചറിവില്ലാതെ ഒരു ക്രൂരനായി ഞാൻ അലഞ്ഞുനടന്നു.
5.നിംഡിതി വീവഖിലാണ്ഡകോടി ബ്രഹ്മാണ്ഡമുലംദുന രാമാ
നിംഡുഗ മദി നീ നാമമു ദലചിന നിത്യാന്ദമു രാമാ

എണ്ണമറ്റ ലോകങ്ങളിലും
നീ വ്യാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. രാമാ, അവിടുത്തെ
നാമം സ്മരിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ പരമാനന്ദം ലഭിക്കും.
